Each module includes easy-to-understand health information, fun questions about who you are, instructions, tools and tips all laid out with plenty of visuals.
Your Body is Knocking, Are you Listening?
Module #1 you will set goals and create your vision for the rest of the program. The first big key is you will learn is how your behavior and thoughts may be affecting your health. Then you will learn about stress and how it affects your body. You should start feeling better right away!
Everything You Wanted to Know About Diets But Did Not Know To Ask
Module #3 covers the three common categories of food sensitivities: gluten, soy and milk. This module will help you to determine if you have any of these sensitivities as well as, provide guidance on what foods to eat and which ones to avoid, should you have any of these sensitivities.
Module #5 focuses on the vitamins and minerals your body requires to perform properly and efficiently. The module examines the benefits of the core vitamins and minerals, where to find them, the importance of buying quality vitamins, and what signs to look for in vitamin deficiency.
Health Begins @ Home
Module #7 focuses on how daily routines and, home and work environments may be affecting your health. You will learn about daily exposures such as air quality, workstation set-up and the dangers certain cookware may be having on your health. Module 7 is full of some eye-opening exercises.
How Are You Recharging Your Batteries?
Module #9 looks at the effects that sleep and magnetism can have on your health. There are positive and negative sources of magnetism that either work for or against your health.
Do You Really Know What You Are Eating?
Module #2 focuses on nutrition. You will learn about proteins, fats and carbohydrates. You will also learn how to read food and nutrition labels in order to determine if what you are eating is actually good for you. The module also discusses processed foods and what should be avoided.
Working Out, It's Really Not That Complicated
Module #4 focuses on how to achieve a well rounded exercise regime, in less 40 then minutes per day — an exercise regime that encompasses all the required aspects of a complete, simple workout. Various types of fitness training and their benefits are also discussed, allowing you to really understand the importance of exercise.
Hydration: Never a Dry Subject
Module #6 focuses on learning about alkalinity and acidity, and their effects on your body and your overall health. You will learn how to measure your body's acidity level, and, what foods are more acidic and which ones are more alkaline.
Wellness: Not Just Skin Deep
Module #8 reveals how the power of marketing in the cosmetic industry has consumers believing all products are safe. You will learn the reality — that there are numerous chemicals in everyday body products that may be causing more harm than good. You will find out great new alternatives!

Module #10 ties together all the work and self exploration you will be doing in the previous 9 modules and will give you the tools to keep you on track. Module 10 will also ensure that the changes you have made over the past 10 weeks are changes you can keep for a lifetime.
